How to Change your Password at EZ-Net

If the need should arise to change your EZ-Net account password, email or call us at (920) 846-8008 with the following information to request the change:  

  • Your user name 
  • Your CURRENT password 
  • Your NEW password. 
  • Passwords MUST be at least 8 characters long and be MiXeD CaSe and contain at least one number.  Example:  MyPass11 or 2Late2go
We can usually have your password changed within a few minutes.  If you think someone is using your account without your permission, changing your password will block them from accessing your account.
