Add Dial-Up Networking

Click the Start button
on the lower-left corner of your screen.

Click Settings, then
click Control Panel.

Once Control Panel opens
up, double-click Add/Remove Programs.

The Add/Remove Programs Properties
screen should open up to the Install/Uninstall screen. Click
the Windows Setup tab.

Now click the word Communications
in the white box so that it highlights.

Click the Details button.
-
Once the Communications
screen opens, click on the box next to Dial-Up Networking so that
the the box is checked/selected.

Click OK. Now click
Apply,
then OK again.
After adding Dial-Up Networking,
we recommend you restart your computer.
(To restart your computer,
click the Start button, then click Shutdown. Select
Restart the computer and click OK.)
