Welcome to the EZ-Net HelpDesk.  The EZ-Net HelpDesk has been designed to help you, our user's, figure out how to solve some common problems that can occur due to the use of the Internet.  We have also designed the HelpDesk to shed some light on how the Internet works, and some terms that are commonly used on the Internet. 

The HelpDesk is divided into sections, making it easy to find the program related to the problem...and the solution to the problem(s).  If you have any comments, questions, suggestions, or problems that you have found, feel free to e-mail us at helpdesk@ez-net.com.  We sincerly hope you find this site both useful and helpful.

To begin, simply click on the section that best relates to your problem. You can always get back to this page by clicking on the HelpDesk link on the left side of the screen.

 

The Connection section deals with any problems you might be having with your connection. For example: You get disconnected often, you connect at a slow speed, etc.

The Configuration section provides instructions on Configuring different programs for EZ-Net Internet Service. This can be helpful for new users and users who are changing their username.

The E-mail section contains help related to E-mail problems. For example: You can't receive any e-mail, or You can't send e-mail, etc.

  
 

The General section covers topics / problems that are general to Windows 95 and/or Windows 98. If you can't find your problem elsewhere, try here!

The Web Browser section is for questions or problems you are having with your Web Browser. Your Web Browser is what you use to view web pages on the Internet.
